Wonderlube are committed to providing you with the very best cycle care products at cost effective prices. We are also committed to offering first class customer care throughout your journey with us. If you have any questions not covered on this website or on our socials, please do get in touch. Our working hours are 10-4 (this allows for time away from the desk to develop product and pack orders). Any enquiries received outside of these hours will be dealt with upon our return on the next working day.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. We promise to never share your contact details with anyone (either individual or company). We also promise not to use your details for any other reason than to communicate with you about your order unless you sign up for our emails. In this case, we will commit to not bombard you with sales emails and to only contact you with breaking news, new products, ride events and information that you have agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time of your choosing.

TRADE ENQUIRIES

Whilst Wonderlube is primarily a consumer product it is a professional grade and high performance product. We therefore welcome enquiries for bulk purchases from members of the bike trade for use in workshop (physical or mobile), race teams/riders, cycle maintenance education centres and bike media.

Pricing is available on application via our contact form. At present the product will not be available for resale but we are looking to introduce 'refilling centres' at ride centres and destination shops so consumers can use their existing bottles and get topped up with product in your premises. If interested in this, please get in touch!  Marketing support for this is available FOC to you via a bike industry specialist marketing team.
